𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀! 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 – 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹?

💡It’s not the external crises or changes, such as a new CEO, a slump in sales, international crises or the expiry of a business model. It is your own internal dynamics that determine your success or cause your failure:

❌ Failure looms, if you focus on proof of performance instead of building relationships.

💡Recognise when you want too much too fast: In top management, little is possible with performance – everything is possible with followership. Develop influence to create impact.  

  ❌ Failure is imminent, if success is to be to be repeated in the same way.

💡 If you can grow a business, you are not the right person to establish it. Anyone who can establish is not the right person for innovation. Developing innovative hightech products is not the same as managing restructuring. If you can save money, you are not the right person for large investments.
Board jobs are not made for eternity in a company. Recognise when you are no longer the right person in the right place.

❌Failure is imminent, if there is no top league contextual awareness.
